In case you're wondering, we are getting married on July 16th.

Addresses:

The Ceremony:

Address:

Dudley Register Office,
Priory Hall,
Priory Park,
Dudley,
DY1 4EU

Directions:

Dudley is only 2 miles from junction 2 of the M5 and is clearly signposted from the motorway taking the A4123, A461, and then the A459 to Priory Hall.

Dudley Central Bus station is only 10 minutes walk away, and the nearest rail stations are Dudley Port and Sandwell and Dudley.

If you have already looked at this page - read this new stuff:
A couple of points to note about the ceremony venue - you can't take photos during the actual ceremony (before and after is fine, even in the room), and they don't allow confetti anywhere near the building, as it's a pain in the arse to clean up! If you wish you can lob some at us elsewhere, like in the castle's ruins...

The Reception:

Address:

The Crooked House,
Coppice Mill,
Himley,
Nr. Dudley,
DY3 4DA

Directions:

There will be minibuses to take people from the ceremony to the reception. We will provide taxi numbers to get back to wherever you are staying.

If you are joining us later then you'll find the Crooked House signposted on a little dirt track off the Himley Road (B4176).

There's no convenient public transport (because this is dudley), so if you're not driving you could get a taxi from Dudley town centre (about 3 miles).

Gifts:

Please don’t feel obliged to buy us a gift, especially if you are one of the many people who are helping out with the wedding in some way.

If you want to get us something, please don’t get us any household items. We are getting married but this doesn’t mean we are ‘settling down’. Toasters and napkin rings will most likely just add to the clutter being stored away in our parents’ houses.

After the wedding we are going on an extended honeymoon around Europe and Asia for a few months, so we would prefer contributions towards the honeymoon or, if you are feeling more imaginative, some kind of travel related gift.
